ElectriServ is the electrical contracting and maintenance division of the Horizon Energy Group.

ElectriServ is seeking Commercial Electricians, preferably with a proven track record, for our Commercial, Service and Maintenance division. This role will work in close co-ordination with our Service Centre and take responsibility for direct liaison with our commercial client base.

Applicants will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong client focused capabilities.

This is a high profile role in the Horizon Energy Group's electrical sector and the ability to work closely with the Management team and clients is required. The successful applicants must be able to meet critical timings and work both independently and within the team environment with a focus on client service.

The position is located in Hamilton and is a key function in the Group's growth strategies supported by our Commercial and Business Development divisions. This is a hands-on role coming in on the ground floor of an expansion drive by the organisation to develop the existing business units in the Commercial services sector nationally, in an area that the Company is recognised as being at the top of their field in their respective localities.

To be successful a candidate will require the following qualifications and experience:

  • Current New Zealand Electrical Practising Licence
  • Hold an appropriate electrical qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in associated activities
  • Commercial electrical and installation experience preferred
  • Knowledge of all appropriate industry Standards and Regulations
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulatory requirements and safe work practices
  • Current NZ Manual Drivers Licence
